We’re a Human Resources Department for anyone in the arts.

Human Resources for the Arts is the amalgamation of the vision of several New York-based artists and New York-based lawyers.  After some concerns regarding adequate access and implementation of necessary human resources procedures, the New York City theater community held some informal meetings over a few months in 2017.  The meetings resulted in an accumulation of information and resources, and the idea arose that it might be useful to gather this information in one spot. Thus the HR4A website was born. This site also houses the HR4A Mediation Pilot Program.

This site is purely designed to be an aggregate list of various resources and aids available to you and your community.
